Ladies, no excuses! I was flipping through Prevention Magazine this month and their article on “screening tests that women fear”. It really made me realize how much anxiety there is over the screening process.
Trust me girls, the prep isn’t fun, but your only task at the exam is to take a nap.
Well worth it! And March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month, so trust me you won’t be the only one signing up for one.
